Qianliang Hutong (錢糧胡同, Hanyu Pinyin: Qianliang Hutong; literally '"Money and Grain Hutong") is a hutong in central Beijing's Dongcheng District.

10 apartment blocks, some maybe 10 years old(bldgs 1-3), some 6-7 years old(bldgs 4-7) 24 floors, 10apts per floor. Building 8-10 near to IKEA so beware of night-time unloading noises, reasonably new 2-3 years old, but different building company & management company to bldgs 1-7. All convenient location to 4th ring road bridge and chaoyang district/Lido area facilities. Morning veg market until 9:30am close by. Always taxis outside main gate or waiting at IKEA. Bus stops close by too.

Excellent low cost hotel - good value for money. Professional staff. Clean rooms and own hot water heater. Phone. No intenet in room but available nearby. Bicycles for hire - a good way to see Beijing but be careful!!! More comment if desired via my nzpictures account at gmail and i can recommend inner Beijing tourist sights.

This is my 3rd home in Beijing, after Fortune Plaza, and Parkview Tower. Well, as I commented earlier in the other 2 locations. Fortune is new and is in CBD, inconvinient as it becomes a dead town once the commercial daytime is over. ParkView Tower is old, one of the earliest high class condo in Beijing, but the maintenance service is great.I still prefer Seasons Park as it is also new with great facilities, easy access to shops and restaurants.

Well, after 6 month stay with family here, family decided to go back to home country. I decided to move to my 3rd home in seasons park, chunXiu Lu, near to GongTiBei Lu and the workers' stadium ...which is a new condo, even better than my 1st home at fortune plaza. Great recreation facilities and easy access to shops and restaurants.

My 1st Home in Beijing. New building that time (early 2006) and still a lot of recreation facilities are not up yet. Since it is close to CBD, and located in this commercial area, very lively during daytime, but it is dead at night. I moved to ParkView Tower opposite Suzie Wong and Chaoyang Park after 6 months.

my 2nd home in Chaoyang, very old building. One of the very early high class condo in Beijing but the maintenance service is great.
